Confirmation of your reservation implies acceptance of the following specific conditions: You must pay a deposit of €100 per stay and apartment. The deposit will be fully refunded within 14 working days of your departure, provided that no damage has occurred and the apartment rules have been complied with. The deposit must be paid at least 24 hours before your arrival date or your reservation will be cancelled with charges. Reservations made on the day of arrival must be made as soon as possible. Payment of the deposit outside this period carries a non-refundable penalty of €40.
