If you wish to enter before 16:00, please inform us upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we will gladly offer it, but we cannot guarantee it, as it depends on the departure of the previous guest and the cleaning schedule. ✅ For security reasons, luggage or personal belongings cannot be left in the apartment during cleaning. ✅ CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00. If you would like a late check-out, please request it at least 24 hours in advance. Depending on availability, we will confirm if it is possible and inform you of the corresponding additional cost: From 11:00 to 13:00: €39 From 13:00 to 15:00: €59 From 15:00 to 17:00: €99 ✅ UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT: If you leave the apartment later than the established check-out time (11:00) without notifying the property, the following amount will be charged as a penalty from your deposit, depending on the time of departure: Departure between 11:00 and 12:00: €350 Departure between 12:00 and 13:00: €405 Departure between 13:00 and 14:00: €465 Departure between 14:00 and 15:00: €535 Departure between 15:00 and 16:00: €615 ✅ ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only the guests registered in the reservation are allowed to enter. If you wish to increase the number of guests, the price per additional person is €39 per person per night. The entry of any unregistered or unpaid guest will result in the full loss of the deposit. ✅ CLEANING DURING THE STAY: The cleaning fee after your check-in is included in the reservation. If you would like extra cleaning or a change of towels during your stay, please contact us. This service carries an additional charge equal to the cleaning fee of your reservation. ✅ PETS: Pets are allowed with prior notice, with a supplement of €25 per pet per night. The entry of any unregistered or unpaid pet will result in the full loss of the deposit. ✅ NO SMOKING inside the apartment. ✅ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. ✅ Please respect the neighbors’ rest, especially during nighttime hours. ✅ Use the facilities with care and leave the apartment in good condition.
